S-a cautat o solutie eficienta pentru crearea sequence in format multitrack in studio incluzand si eventualele backing vocal tracks, care apoi sa poata fi folosita cu maxima usurinta in aplicatiile LIVE atat de band-urile mici, cat si de cele standard. Studioul astfel configurat indeplineste cu brio toate aceste cerinte, avand in plus si functionalitatea pre-mastering ready.

Cuplajul Presonus StudioLive 24 Series III - Cymatic Audio uTrack24 nu este deloc intamplator, cele 24 de track-uri ale mixerului putand foarte usor fi inregistrate de cele doua unitati (chiar simultan) prin intermediul expanderului AudioLAN conceput special pentru uTrack 24, iar legatura intre cele doua unitati este facuta printr-un banal cablu UTP, iar pentru remixarea in real time in aplicatiile LIVE a sequencerului wave multitrack se vor folosi cablurile 25pin to 8xXLR dedicate, lasand astfel libere AUX ale mixerului digital gratie audioLAN. 8, 16, sau pana in 24 de canale pentru playback ramane doar o chestie de optiune pantru redarea in formatul multitrack, avand insa si posibilitatea premixarii si playerea in stereo in functie de situatie. In plus, folosind cele doua optiuni remote software atat pentru utrack, cat si pentru mixer, controlul in aplicatiile LIVE devine extrem de facil de pe o singura tableta (recomandam folosirea iPad pro). Monitoarele HEDD type07 sunt de asemenea excelente ca liniaritate, asigurandu-va ca multitrack-ul va raspunde in acelasi registru si pe PA, nu numai in studio.

Pentru inregistrarea vocilor va propunem MXL 770 combinat cu ART Voice Channel, fiind una din cele mai eficiente low-cost/HQ solutii de mic/preamp. Sub raportul calitate/pret –eficienta, in opinia noastra, acest sistem este imbatabil la momentul actual.
