Description:

The MAX 2.5A high power compact speaker system is a professional full range loudspeaker designed for high fidelity sound reinforcement and playback applications. Its phase coherency and flat spectral response satisfy the most critical high SPL requirements. All components were designed to maximize the performance of the system over the entire operation bandwidth. The MAX 2.5A utilizes dual 12” 400W high excursion low frequency driver in a tuned enclosure, which provides maximum output with minimal distortion and unusually smooth low frequency response. A 3” aluminum diaphragm 160W large format compression driver coupled to a stabilized waveguide horn delivers clear but penetrating high frequencies over a controlled and easily predictable coverage area. The tour-tested 13 ply Baltic Birch contoured enclosure and double thick baffle board construction provide unsurpassed rigidity and strength. Rigging capabilities include rated L-track hardware set flush to the rear, top and bottom panels allowing compact array configurations. Complete parameters are available for most speaker loudspeaker management processors. The MAX 2.5A comes with a multi-layered catalyzed polyurethane finish and is offered with a variety of color options. Either singly or combined in arrays the Max 2.5A delivers the transparent sonic quality and easy portability necessary for the demands of professional audio today
