DESCRIPTION & APPLICATION:
The subwoofer LA-218 bass bin is a high performance sub-bass system designed for large scale venues including touring and fixed installations. It features with twin 900 watt 18" driver units with magnet structure and suspension engineered for maximum linear excursion. Its twin woofers are housed in bandpass box to deliver ultra powerful bass energy. The LA-218 bass bin extends low-bass response and high efficiency makes it an ideal partner for LA-series line array systems wherever high power, extended bass is required. It can be ground stacked with RKB LA-25 / LA-212 / LA-215 outdoor line array systems, also it possesses high output apability with low frequency extension. In addition, LA-218 bass bin is ideal for fixed sound installations such as discos, theaters, nightclubs, halls, conference centers and commercial events.
Features:
LA-218 consists of two pieces of 18 inch high output woofer speaker units, which have a 4 inch voice coil in double -Layer structure.
All the speaker components are made with high temperature resistance and high-strength materials, which makes it more powerful and more efficient in cooling the speakers.
It can ensure stable operation and high power output for a long time working.
The fine optimized speaker cabinet allows the excellent transient response and much longer distance.
The improved reversed phase system largely reduces the noise airflow, and strengthens the cabinet structure, and reduces the insignificant vibration, making the sound more powerful and strong.
Designed to working with line array speakers in large stadiums and large touring sound system.
